This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices applicable to Inferno League Merge, a mobile game and its related services (together referred to as the “Application”). The Application is operated by AL-RAMI TOV, which is identified in this policy as the “Service Provider.” This document explains what information may be handled when you use the Application, why such information may be processed, and what choices are available to you.

Information Collection and Use

Certain information may be received or generated automatically when you download, open, or interact with the Application. Depending on how you use the Application and its integrated services, the information may include:

  • Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.
  • Records of the screens or sections accessed, including access dates, times, and approximate session lengths.
  • The total time spent interacting with the Application.
  • The operating system running on your mobile device.

Your Rights

Depending on the privacy laws applicable to you, you may be entitled to review the personal information held about you, request corrections to inaccurate records, or ask for your information to be erased. You may also withdraw consent when consent serves as the legal basis for processing. To submit a request or ask questions about these rights, contact the Service Provider at [email protected].

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

Individuals residing in California may have specific rights regarding the personal information collected about them. These may include the right to learn about the categories of information collected and how it is used, request deletion, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable, and receive equal service regardless of whether they exercise their privacy rights.

California privacy requests may be directed to the Service Provider at [email protected].

Information you provide may be used to send service announcements, important notices, communications required by law, and marketing or promotional messages where permitted by applicable regulations.

The Application may also request certain information to enable particular features or improve the experience it provides. When information capable of identifying you is requested, it will be handled according to the terms and protections described in this Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Access

Information that has been aggregated, anonymized, or otherwise modified so that it cannot reasonably identify an individual may be shared with external providers from time to time. Such information may help assess the Application’s performance, maintain its services, and guide future improvements.

The Service Provider may also disclose information to other parties when the disclosure is lawful and consistent with the conditions set out in this policy.

International Data Transfers

Information relating to users may be processed or transferred by the Service Provider or its selected third-party partners in countries other than the country where the user lives. These locations may include countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Where applicable data protection rules impose requirements on international transfers, the Service Provider will use an appropriate legal transfer mechanism. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
  • An applicable adequacy decision or another legally recognized transfer mechanism.
  • The individual’s consent, where consent is legally permitted and required.

Privacy requirements differ between jurisdictions, and the level of protection available in another country may not be identical to that in your home country. Where necessary, appropriate safeguards and legally required authorizations will be implemented before information is transferred.

  • When information must be provided to authorized contractors or service providers carrying out tasks on behalf of the Service Provider, provided they are subject to suitable confidentiality and privacy obligations and are not independently authorized to use the information for their own purposes.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop further information collection through the Application by uninstalling Inferno League Merge from your device. Once the Application has been removed, it will no longer collect information from that device through its own installed functionality. However, information already transferred to the Service Provider or third-party partners may continue to be retained in accordance with their respective data-retention rules.

To request deletion of personal information, withdraw consent, or exercise another privacy right available under applicable law, email [email protected].

Data Retention Policy

The length of time information is stored depends on its purpose, the nature of the data, and any applicable legal obligations. The following retention periods generally apply:

  • User-Provided Information: Normally retained while the Application is being used and for up to 12 months after use ends, unless a longer period is required by law.
  • Automatically Collected Information: Generally kept for no longer than 24 months from collection, unless additional storage is necessary for legal or compliance reasons.
  • Aggregated or Anonymized Information: May be retained indefinitely when it can no longer reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual.
  • Information Required by Law: Retained for the period specified by the relevant legal or regulatory requirements.

You may ask the Service Provider to delete personal information associated with your use of the Application. Certain records may nevertheless need to be preserved to meet legal obligations. Where parental or guardian authorization is legally required, the Application should not be used without that authorization. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in circumstances prohibited by applicable law.

If the Service Provider discovers that information has been submitted by a child in violation of applicable requirements, reasonable measures will be taken to remove the information from its systems as promptly as practicable.

Security

The Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards intended to protect information handled through the Application against unauthorized access, improper disclosure, alteration, or loss. Depending on the type of information and the circumstances, these safeguards may involve technical measures, organizational procedures, and physical security controls.

Although reasonable precautions are taken, no method of electronic storage or data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data Breach Notification

If a security incident compromises personal information, the Service Provider will notify affected individuals or relevant authorities whenever notification is required by applicable law. Where appropriate and legally required, the notification may explain the general nature of the incident and the measures undertaken to investigate, contain, and address its consequences.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect developments in the Application, changes in legal requirements, new technologies, or revisions to information-handling practices.

When material changes are introduced, an updated version of this policy will be published with a revised effective date. If applicable law requires consent before a material change can take effect, the necessary consent will be obtained.

Previous versions may be available upon request. To inquire about an earlier version of this policy, contact [email protected].

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-10-09.

Your Consent

Where consent is required to process personal information, you may express your agreement by actively enabling the relevant feature, granting a requested permission, or taking another affirmative action appropriate to the circumstances.

You may withdraw your consent at any time when withdrawal is permitted by applicable law. Such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn. Information processed on another valid legal basis may continue to be handled as described in this Privacy Policy.
